KOFORIDUA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY
19TH CONGREGATION
It is announced for the information of Koforidua Technical University Community, Alumni, and the General Public that the 19th Congregation of the university for the award of Bachelor of Technology (B’Tech.) Degrees, Higher National Diplomas (HND)and Non-Tertiary to persons who completed their programmes of study in 2022 have been slated for Saturday, 3rd June, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the University’s Ceremonial Grounds.
Graduands who intend to be presented at the Congregation are to visit graduation.ktu.edu.gh to verify their names on the graduation list. The Congregation fee is GH¢450 for BTech Graduands and GH 400 for HND Graduands per person.
Payments are to be made through the KTUConnect system of the University on or before Wednesday, 26th May, 2023 to cover the following costs:
Certificates | Certificate Holders | Hiring of Academic Gowns | Souvenirs
Graduands who have paid the Congregation fees are expected to show their receipts at the Students Services Section for their gowns.
There will be rehearsals for all Graduands on: Friday, 2nd June, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the Ceremonial Grounds.
All graduands are to note that those who are unable to attend the Congregation shall be required to pay the same amount before the collection of their certificates.
