Vital Information To Newly Recruited Teachers On Their Salary And E Payslip DETAILS

Newly recruited teachers in the Ghana Education Service (GES) are required to obtain a staff ID to aid their biometric registration. The registration is to enable them receive their monthly salaries and all outstanding salaries due them.

The list comprises of some regions we have at our disposal at the moment. However, we will keep you updated on any new development as and when the Ghana Education Service releases them.

Note : Contact the IT coordinator at your District office to sign you up on the government of Ghana electronic payslip after or before your biometric registration. The payslip portal will enable you to view details on your current rank, salary and download your slip and mandatory form in case you want to apply for a loan.

2. Appointment letter (to be obtained from your Education Office)

3. Birth Certificate

4. SSNIT Card

5. Bank details ( account number, bank branch, etc)
