ACADEMIC YEAR

Continuing Students arrive: Saturday, 9th – Sunday, 10th January, 2021
Fresh Students arrive: Saturday, 16- Sunday, 17th January, 2021
Registration of Courses (Cont. Students): Monday, 11th to Saturday, 16th January, 2021
Lectures begin (Continuing Students): Tuesday, 12th January, 2021
Late Registration with Penalty (Cont. Students): Monday, 18th to Monday, 31″ January, 2021
Late Registration with Penalty (Freshers): Monday, 18th to Friday, 22nd January, 2021
Registration of Courses (Fresh students): Tuesday, 19th January, 2021
Lectures begin (Fresh Students): Monday, 25th to Monday, 31 January, 2021
Orientation for ALL Fresh Students: Wednesday, 20th to Friday, 22nd January, 2021
Medical Exam for ALL Fresh Students: Monday, 25th to Saturday, 29th January, 2021

NOTE:

  1. A detailed academic calendar shall be circulated upon approval by the Academic Board.
  2. All Residential Students are expected to arrive at the Halls of Residence NOT LATER THAN 6:00 P.M. each day to go through COVID-19 protocols on arrival.
  3. All Residential Students must arrive at the Halls of Residence with their Nose Masks and Hand Sanitizers, without which they would not be admitted at the Halls of Residence.
  4. Adequate arrangements shall be made by the University for students to go through COVID-19 protocols such as hand washing and temperature checks at all Halls of Residence, Lecture Halls and all other academic facilities during the Semester.
  5. Orientation is compulsory for ALL Fresh Students. Arrangements shall be announced later.
