HTU: Announces 21st Congregation Date And Fees

21st CONGREGATION

It is announced for the information of graduands of Ho Technical University and the general public that, the 21st Congregation of the University will be held on Thursday, 28th and Friday, 29th January, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. prompt, in the G.M. Afeti Auditorium each day.

Graduands whose names have been published as having satisfied all the requirements for graduation in 2020 and who wish to be presented should register either personally with the Students Records Office or via email (congregation@htu.edu.gh) latest by Friday, 22nd January, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. by providing the following details:

Each graduand is required to pay the congregation fee of GH¢395 (covering hiring of gowns, Certificate, Scroll, Transcript and Certified True Copy of the Certificate).

Payment should be made at any branch of GCB Bank Ltd. and Zenith Bank Ltd. through the Eagle-pay platform by indicating Congregation Fee. An official receipt SHALL be issued by the Bank which must be presented at the Basement of the G.M Afeti Auditorium for registration. Graduands who wish to register via email should attach scanned copy of the payment receipt.

Graduands who may not attend the congregation shall pay GH¢ 395 before they collect their Certificates.
