Students who are having issues with the second-semester course registration or have paid their fees but have not been cleared to register should email their Complaints to firstname.lastname@example.org from their institutional email.
The Subject of the email should be “Unable To Registrar – Index Number “. The index number in the subject should be your regular index number, this will help us treat each case differently.
Again, Provide the following as part of your Complaint to us,
Bank / Payment Method:
Transaction number on the Receipt if available:
