French doctor, Jean Paul Mira, angered the black community worlwide when he suggested that the new coronavirus vaccine be tested in Africa.
Jean, said this on live television when he was interviewed. He and his colleague Camille Locht were convinced that Africa will be the right lab to test the new repurporsed tuberclosis vaccine since an HIV/AIDS test treatment was successfully conducted in Africa.
The French doctor, who faced a heavily backlash from the black community worldwide, issued out a quick apology to Africans worlwide. The apology was read out by one of his employers. A fraction of his statement reads;
“I want to present all my apologies to those who were hurt, shocked and felt insulted by the remarks that I clumsily expressed on LCI this week.”
