It is only when you are registered that you become a student at KTU and can participate in classroom activities. Registration is also needed to renew your Student’s Loan payment and to take exams.

  • Go to sip.ktu.edu.g by opening google chrome and type in sip.ktu.edu.gh at the browse
  • Enter your full index number as a username
  • Enter your password
  • After a successful login, Click on the “Course Registration Tab”

Before registration, students should have paid their fees in full (that is for the second semester and at least 60% for the first semester).

If you have made full payment of fees and your registration is on HOLD, contact the students account department.

Adding/Dropping of Courses

After a successful login, Click on the “Course Registration Tab” on the main menu and proceed to add courses available for registration.

After adding courses, be sure all your classmates have the same courses or confirm from your head of department office. you can request for the list of courses for a particular semester.
