Ghanaian Television and Radio Broadcast Journalist, Marriage Counselor, and Actress, Joyce Akumaa Dongotey-Padi popularly known as Akumaa Mama Zimbi has disclosed that she’s being married for 27 solid years and still counting.
On Hitz FM with Andy Dosty, she said,
” Have you seen my husband on social media before? Have you seen my kids on my social media pages before? Those things are out. I don’t talk about them publicly. “
She continued,
“I’ve been married for 27 years now and still counting, and has 6 children, just that i love to keep that aspect of my life very private”.
Talking about her headgear, she said,
“I am real. I don’t pretend. I am myself. I don’t borrow to wear. Everything I wear is by grace. That is me. Wrapping my headgear takes about 2 minutes to complete,That is if there is no one around. I do it in secrecy. My headgear is heavy. The first day I wore it, I couldn’t stand it.”
