All You Should Know About Garry Opoku – New KTU SRC 2019 EC Elect

Garry Opoku pursuing BTech in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the Faculty of Business and Management Studies Department of Procurement and Supply Science, emerged winner at a keenly contested SRC EC election which took place on the 7th of March, 2019, He emerged winner out of 3 other contestants

Speaking to KTUinsider, He promised to ensure a free, fair and transparent election as part of his acceptance speech.  Garry is mostly known to be a man of his words

He gained admission in 2015 where he pursued HND purchasing and Supply completed in 2018 and further continued with his BTech in Procurement and Supply Science in the 2018/2019 academic year.

He was the Sponsorship Chairman of the SRC for 2017/2018 SRC executive group and member of the PASSAG sponsorship board for the same year

Chapter eleven (11), Article 23 III of the KTU SRC constitution mandates outgoing Electoral Commission of the council to vet new nominees and present them to the General Assembly of the SRC for members of the Assembly to vote of which the winner becomes the new SRC Electoral commissioner.
