Notice Of Re-Sit Registration And Examination

It is announced for the information of the University Community and the General Public that, the 2017/2018 academic year Re-sit/Supplementary Examination Registration would take place from Monday, 17th September, to Sunday, 30th September, 2018.

Eligibility

Students who trailed in papers in the First and Second Semesters of the 2017/2018 academic year are eligible to be part of this exercise. Affected students are to pay a Registration Fee of GH¢50.00 per paper using the Transflow System at the following banks:

  • GCB Bank
  • Agricultural Development Bank (ADB)
  • Fidelity Bank.

Students are required to state their Index Numbers on the pay-in-slip after making the payment. They are also required to write “RE-SIT” boldly on the pay-in-slip.

Registration Procedure

After paying the required amount, students are to visit the Student Portal (sip.ktu.edu.gh) and proceed to register.

Students are to take note of the dates for the exercise. Please note that there shall be no extension of the Re-sit registration and therefore students are advised to comply strictly with the schedule.

Examination Schedule

The Time Table for the Re-sit Examinations is also available at the University’s website: www.ktu.edu.gh. Please note that, the examination is scheduled to take place between Monday, 1st October, 2018 and Sunday, 14th October, 2018.
