Habits You Must Master Especially This Rainy Season

The Rainy Season can be amazing, the treacherous heat is over. But it comes with its own problems. Diseases are flying and everywhere is wet and moist. This makes it doubly easier for most harmful viruses and bacteria to flourish.

Here are 8 healthy habits you need to learn to protect yourself and family from disease and prevent germs and infectious diseases this rainy season

Handle and Prepare Foods with Care

Make sure every food is handle safely. Avoid buying foods you are not sure if the seller is hygienic.

Make sure whatever goes into your mouth is properly washed, cooked and fresh.

Eat Well

This habit should include eating such things as fruit and nuts. It also means avoiding sugary drinks and snacks. And chew your food! Many nutritionists recommend chewing each mouthful 20-30 times to get it into its most digestible form.

Wash Hands Often

The hand is perhaps the body part with the most tendency to harbour germs after the mouth.

Use running water and wash your hands often. Avoid touching face.

Don’t Share Personal Items

There is no love here, only diseases. Don’t share towels, tooth brushes, and other personal effects.

Exercise Regularly

This helps you feel warm and good and reduces exercise helps control weight reduces risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes. Plus it tones the muscles

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it helps you to full and energized. It also boost your immune system.

Get the proper amount of water every day. It is extremely important as every cell, tissue, and organ in our bodies needs water. This guide will help you to drink enough water. That you urinate once every 2-4 hours, and the urine is light in colour.

To help develop and keep this habit, many devices, from “smart bottles” to numerous free apps, are readily accessible to keep you properly hydrated.

Sleep

When we sleep, the brain clears away the debris of the day’s work. It helps us reset and restore nerve networks so that they can function fully when we wake.
